i've always been of the opinion that we are all God's children - whether we claim Him or not. =)

Jeff, thanks for reading & showing care even though I hadn't updated in a month! I am indeed working as an Applied Behavioural Analysis junior therapist. It is rewarding but the travelling is so time consuming & some kids can be so challenging that I'd prefer to work in a setting where I can be less energetic at times. I'm not sure what career I should try for at the moment. I may try the teaching field but it seems to require lots of energy & voice care! As Proverbs 16 states: in his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his footsteps. Perhaps one day I'll get answers to my questions. I'm sure you've felt like me before - stuck in the darkness with only God to direct you!

Jamie, I don't disagree with that to a certain extent. All people, in some way, are God's children, because we were all "created" by him. But those who believe in Jesus are spoken of as actually being "heirs" with Jesus, as being on a level of being brothers and sisters with him. I don't know if that clarifies my position or clouds it up. :-)
